1. Seller Subject
Dalla Terra Alla Tavola by Giacomo Gandolfo (hereinafter, "Olio Gandolfo" or the "Seller"), sole proprietorship with registered office at Via Ambrogio Guglieri, 18021 Borgomaro (IM), Italy, Tax Code/VAT No. 01101110086.

2. Subject and Scope of Application
These Terms govern the online sale of products (hereinafter "Products") through the website www.oliogandolfo.com (hereinafter the "Site").
The Consumer is the natural person who purchases for non-professional purposes, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
3. Pre-contractual Information
Before the order is finalized, the Seller provides all information required by law: product characteristics, total price, payment methods, shipping costs, delivery times, right of withdrawal and any exceptions, legal warranty, and procedures for submitting complaints.
4. Age Requirements
Purchase is reserved for adults (≥18 years). Minors may purchase only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Olio Gandolfo does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
5. Order Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract
5.1. The Consumer selects the Products and completes the Order Form.
5.2. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of receipt of the order confirmation sent by email by the Seller.
5.3. The data recorded by the Seller constitutes proof of the transaction.
6. Prices, VAT and Shipping Costs
6.1. Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
6.2. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is finalized and included in the total.
6.3. In case of a material error in the price, the Seller will inform the Consumer, proposing confirmation at the correct price or cancellation. If there is no response, the order will be cancelled.
7. Payment Methods
The payment methods indicated on the Site are accepted (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Shipping takes place only after payment verification and authorization by the banking institution.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer in the order. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not made.
8.2. Delivery times are indicative. Any delays attributable to the courier are not the responsibility of the Seller.
8.3. Shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the Product, without obligation to provide a reason, except for the exceptions indicated in point 9.3.
9.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an explicit declaration via email to: info@oliogandolfo.com.
9.3. Exceptions to withdrawal: the right does not apply to Products that are at risk of rapid deterioration or are perishable (including food products whose integrity would be compromised after opening or handling).
9.4. The refund will be made within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the customer. The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.
9.5. The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling.
10. Return of Products
The Products must be returned intact, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The methods and costs of return are indicated in the communication provided by the Seller at the time of the withdrawal request.
11. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
11.1. The Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
11.2. The Consumer may request, at no cost, the repair or replacement of the defective Product; if these remedies are not possible, they are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
11.3. The warranty is valid for 24 months from delivery and the defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
12. Liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
It is not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure.
13. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Website, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Consumer is invited to consult it before placing the order.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
14.1. Any complaints can be sent to the address info@oliogandolfo.com.
14.2. The Consumer has the right to resort to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) bodies or to the instruments provided for by current legislation for the resolution of disputes.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer will have jurisdiction.
If the Consumer does not reside in Italy, the competent court is Imperia, unless otherwise provided by law.
16. Final Clauses
The possible nullity of one of the clauses does not compromise the validity of the remaining ones.
The Seller reserves the right to periodically modify these Conditions; the applicable versions are those in force at the time of the order.
