The Gandolfo family business, founded in 1930 and located in the picturesque hills of the Imperia hinterland, produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil such as the "Monocultivar Taggiasca".
Even today, both the harvesting and processing reflect the tradition and passion that has always gone into working their olive groves, located in the ancient estates of Lucinasco, Borgomaro, and Bestagno, all cultivated on terraced land, the so-called "fasce". The result is a natural product that can be considered a true juice of Taggiasca olives.
To the production of oil, we have added a range of typical Ligurian traditional products, the result of selected recipes, using only high-quality raw materials, among which our olives in brine and pitted olives in extra virgin olive oil stand out, as well as pesto with Genoese basil D.O.P., and sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
